Danube Tower
At 252 metres high, the Danube Tower is the tallest building in Austria and has been one of Vienna's landmarks for over 60 years. The Danube Tower is the only place in the capital where visitors can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view. When visibility is good, you have an 80 kilometre view over the surrounding area as far as the Rax, Schneeberg and Bratislava. Two express lifts take you to the top, where you can also enjoy the panorama in the tower café at 160 metres or in the tower restaurant at 170 metres (reservation required), which revolve around the tower.
