The Vienna PASS is designed to make it easy for visitors to Vienna to discover and explore the capital while saving time and money. At up to 90 sights, you can simply present the Vienna PASS at the entrance and start your visit immediately without having to pay anything extra.

It is valid from the first use for 1, 2, 3 or 6 consecutive days, which guarantees you flexibility and variety.

The Vienna PASS offers you free admission to up to 90 of Vienna's most beautiful sights, as well as priority access to a number of the most popular highlights. If you wish, you can also purchase a Travel Card (Vienna public transport season ticket) for unlimited use of the city's public transport network. The package also includes a free guidebook in five languages (German, English, Italian, Spanish and French).

Yes, the Vienna PASS package also includes a detailed guidebook with the most important information, which is available in five languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish and French. It contains lots of helpful information about the city and its sights.

If you buy the Vienna PASS before you travel and have it delivered to your address, you will have more time to read up on the city and start planning your trip. The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This means you can have the pass and guidebook sent to your home before you start your journey.

The Vienna PASS is worthwhile for you if you want to visit several sights in one day. It is best to check in advance which sights are included in the PASS and how much admission would cost without the PASS.

The Vienna PASS gives you access to up to 90 top sights such as Schönbrunn Palace, the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel, Schönbrunn Zoo, the Danube Tower, the Upper and Lower Belvedere and the Hofburg Palace.

Admission prices vary, but an average adult ticket costs more than EUR 10, in some cases even up to EUR 20! You can find more information on the list of attractions.

The Vienna PASS gives you one-time access to the sights. The HOP ON HOP OFF VIENNA SIGHTSEEING TOURS buses can be used without restriction for the entire period of validity of the pass. The same applies to all public transport if you also purchase the optional Travel Card (Wiener Linien network card).

Some attractions offer discounted admission tickets or free tickets for people with special needs and their companions, so the Vienna PASS may not be the cheapest solution for you. It is best to enquire directly at the museums you wish to visit.

The price depends on the desired period of validity. Costs for 1-, 2-, 3- and 6-day passes can be found in the shop.

Don't forget: The longer the period of validity, the better the price-performance ratio.

There is also the option of a mobile Vienna PASS, i.e. you can download your Vienna PASS order directly to your smartphone.

Yes, you can buy the Vienna PASS directly in the city centre at the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service Center (Opernring 3-5, Top 17-24, 1010 Vienna).

Children under the age of 6 (0 - 5) enjoy free admission when accompanied by an adult with a Vienna PASS. A Vienna PASS Junior can be purchased for children between the ages of 6 and 18 (incl.). Please note that it is not the age at the time of purchase that is decisive, but the age at the time of use of the Vienna PASS.

A single ticket costs EUR 2.40, a 24-hour ticket costs EUR 8.00; a 48-hour ticket costs EUR 14.10; a 72-hour ticket costs EUR 17.10. These tickets are only valid in the Vienna core zone.

As the Vienna PASS is designed to help all visitors save time and money, there are no additional discounts for groups, students or senior citizens.

The online order is limited to 15 passes. If you would like to order a larger number of passes, please contact info(at)viennapass.com.

Please note that the Vienna PASS is not designed for groups. On the one hand, some sights require a reservation for groups of more than 10 people, on the other hand, many sights offer discounted group rates. Please enquire directly at the sights you wish to visit.

You should have received your confirmation by e-mail a few minutes after completing the purchase process. If this was not the case, we recommend that you check your spam folder.

If you cannot find an email there either, please send an enquiry to the customer service team at info(at)viennapass.com, stating your email address and order number.

The ‘mobile Vienna PASS’ delivery option is possible for orders without Wiener Linien season tickets and is available for all mobile devices.

If you have a discount code for the webshop, enter it during the purchase process after selecting the product.

If you want to use your Vienna PASS on your smartphone, select the ‘mobile Vienna PASS’ delivery method in the webshop and we will send your order by e-mail directly to your mobile phone. Your mobile Vienna PASS contains a QR code that you show at the sights to receive free admission.

With your booking confirmation you will receive the link to your PASS, which you can use to open your mobile Vienna PASS (or several passes per order).

We will refund 100% of a Vienna PASS purchased via the viennapass.de webshop up to 30 days after the date of purchase, provided it has not yet been used. Please write to us at info(at)viennapass.com.

Children under the age of 6 travel free on the public transport network when accompanied by an adult with a valid Travel Card. If you decide to purchase the additional Travel Card for all public transport, you can use it in the city's core zone, Zone 100, for the underground, trams, S-Bahn and buses. It is valid without restrictions for 24, 48 or 72 hours.

The optional Travel Card is only valid in the core zone. The airport is outside this zone. You must therefore purchase an additional ticket for the journey to and from the airport. The AirportDriver is also happy to provide you with its transfer services (www.airportdriver.at)

You can use your Travel Card around the clock for the entire period of validity - including on night buses and night underground trains labelled N.

The Vienna PASS is valid for 1, 2, 3 or 6 days from activation (use at a Vienna PASS partner). The maximum period between purchase and activation is 12 months.

The pass is only valid on consecutive days. So if you activate the pass on the first day at 17:00, this counts as the first day of the validity period.

Your Vienna PASS is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Although we ask you to enter an approximate date of arrival, the pass is not actually activated until the first use of an attraction or on a HOP ON HOP OFF VIENNA SIGHTSEEING bus. The validity period of the optional Travel Card also only begins when it is stamped at the blue validators in an underground station, bus, tram or S-Bahn.
