Select the PASS mobile ticket and open it on your smartphone. A great option if you’re already in Vienna and want to start using your passes right away - you don’t need to wait for a delivery or visit our Service Center for collection. Every PASS has a unique barcode to show at the attractions.

**Austria, Europe & Worldwide delivery will be despatched within 2 working days, subject to card authorisation.

Please note:
Delivery times as listed above are for guidance only - please allow time to despatch the product(s). Products will be shipped on working days - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery to the UK may take slightly longer. Please allow an extra 5 working days for orders placed during the Christmas season (21 december - 6 january).

We advise that you do not ship your PASS to hotels or third parties.

The Vienna PASS and Vienna FLEXI Pass are transferable (so they are not tied to the person booking it) and also make the perfect gift for Vienna lovers! Here's how to buy our passes as a gift: To do so, simply add the desired product to the shopping cart and make sure that the pass is made out to the person who will be using it (the pass should NOT be made out to the buyer).

For extra peace of mind, we would recommend you choose to collect your PASS(es) in Vienna to avoid your order being delayed or lost in the post. Just print your PASS email voucher (or show it on your mobile device) containing your unique order number and a valid photographic form of ID and take it to our Redemption Desk. Your email voucher will be sent to you upon purchase and confirmation of the order. Please note that there might me waiting times during high season. Collection by third parties is not permitted. If personal collection is not possible, please contact our customer service centre in advance by sending an e-mail to info(at)viennapass.com.
Should you wish to make changes to your order, buy extra Passes or need other assitance, please redeem your Voucher at our Service Center in the city center.
