As a tourist all-inclusive partner, you grant all Vienna PASS or Vienna FLEXI Pass holders free admission to your attraction. The Vienna PASS or Vienna FLEXI Pass is recorded electronically at the ticket office and the recorded admissions are billed each month.

Mobile passes

When mobile passes are sold, your customers receive an order confirmation with a link to the passes by e-mail. These can be presented either on their smartphone or as a printed PDF at the attractions. It is not necessary to exchange them at the Service Center. Depending on the agreement, billing takes place at the end of each month or in advance by credit card payment.

Voucher sale

You sell your customers a voucher for the corresponding Vienna PASS or Vienna FLEXI Pass. Customers redeem this voucher for the Vienna PASS or Vienna FLEXI Pass and accompanying documents at the Service Center opposite the Vienna State Opera. Depending on the agreement, billing is based on the vouchers redeemed at the end of each month or in advance by credit card payment.
